All return or refund claims shall be accepted only if submitted within 7 days from the shipment delivery date.

If your product has any manufacturing defect or quality issue:
👉 We’ll replace it with a brand-new product.


💥 Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged:
👉 You will get a replacement. But unboxing video is must required with lebal.


🎨 Change of Mind

If the product doesn’t match your décor but is unused and in perfect condition with proper packaging:

👉 We offer a partial refund (processing & freight charges apply)

💰 Processing Fees:

  • Orders up to ₹999 → ₹200
  • ₹1,000 – ₹2,999 → ₹750
  • ₹3,000 – ₹4,999 → ₹1,000
  • ₹5,000 & above → 30% of order value

To claim any return or refund:
👉 You must record a clear video while opening the package with shipping lebal.

Once we receive and inspect your returned product:
