WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS :

  1. Warranty Coverage
    Jabon Bagno provides onsite warranty on its products as per the specified warranty period. Please refer to your Warranty Certificate for product-specific details.
  2. Scope of Warranty
    This warranty covers only manufacturing defects. No other express or implied warranties (including fitness for purpose or merchantability) are applicable.
  3. Validity
  • Warranty is valid only for products purchased through authorized dealers/distributors/channel partners.
  • Claims must be made in the country of purchase through authorized partners.
  • Original warranty certificate & purchase proofs must be preserved and produced when required.
  1. What We Will Do
    During the warranty period, defective parts/products due to manufacturing faults will be repaired or replaced free of cost (parts & service).
    Final decision on warranty eligibility rests with the company.
  2. Proper Usage Condition
    Warranty is valid only if:
  • Product is used as per instructions
  • Proper installation and maintenance guidelines are followed
  • No misuse, negligence, or improper handling occurs
  1. Service Delays
    Company is not liable for delays in service due to unavailability of parts or external reasons.
  2. Wellness Products
    Defective wellness products (under normal usage) will be repaired or replaced for parts as per warranty terms.
  3. Limitation of Liability
    Jabon Bagno is not responsible for:
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of profit, usage, transportation, or re-installation costs
  • Cargo loss or delays

Company liability is limited only to repair/replacement or product value.

  1. Replacement Terms
  • Defective parts replaced become company property
  • Replacement (if applicable) must be collected via dealer by returning defective product
  • Company is not responsible for uninstalling/reinstalling products
  1. Force Majeure
    Warranty does not apply in events like natural disasters, fire, flood, strike, war, or other uncontrollable situations.
  2. Claim Process
    To claim warranty:
  • Submit service request.
  • Contact authorized dealer/service personnel

WHAT IS NOT COVERED :

Warranty will not apply in case of:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse, negligence, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs
  • Damage due to poor water quality, pressure issues, or voltage fluctuations
  • Use of harsh chemicals, cleaners, or improper cleaning methods
  • Damage due to sunlight, chemicals, or environmental exposure
  • Missing in-line filters (for faucets leading to cartridge damage)
  • Repairs/modifications by unauthorized persons
  • Installation or labor charges
  • Improper usage not as per instructions
  • Lack of proper maintenance or cleaning
  • Damages caused by accidents, abuse, or external factors
  • Claims made after warranty expiry

SPECIAL PRODUCT EXCLUSIONS

(Concealed Cisterns, Bathtubs, Whirlpool, & Shower Panels/Enclosures)

Warranty does not cover:

  • Surface/finish damage due to chemicals or improper cleaning
  • Damage due to high chlorine/chloramine levels in water
  • Damage during shipping/handling (must be checked before installation)
  • Glass breakage or coating damage (toughened glass is used but can still break)

CUSTOMER AGREEMENT

By purchasing Jabon Bagno products, the customer agrees to these warranty terms.
The company does not authorize any person to alter or extend these conditions.
